2020  A.T. Enterprises, "Stitch and Sew Organizers" Policy

Placing an Order:
Standard on-Line orders, after an order is placed, you will be notified that your order has been received.  Shipment will be between 2-7 days. 

Custom Orders, a 50% deposit to start your order is required.  Custom orders will ship between 3 & 4 weeks.

Shipping:
All orders are FOB Corona, Ca.  Freight will be added at the time of purchase.
Freight for custom orders will be determined at time of shipment.

Return Policy:
If a stock item is to be returned, you must notify us within 5 days of receipt of product(s).  There is a 15% restocking charge and the customer must pay the return freight.  Please call for a return authorization number and ship address before returning the product(s).

Damages:
We do our best to insure your product(s)  arrives in good condition.  You must inspect your item within 5 days of receipt.  If damage is found, please notify us and keep all packaging material.  The product(s) will be replaced at no charge to you if we are notified within 5 days of receipt of your product(s).

If you fail to notify us within 5 days - The cost of replacement will be the customers.   

E-Mail:
When you give us your e-mail and sign up for our Newsletter,
it will not be sold, shared or traded.

Address:
When ordering and giving us your address, it will not be sold, shared or traded.

Security:
We use the highest encryption technologies.
