for those of you who have seen us at quilt shows I refer to this as my "Bird Quilt" it is done in Pinks and Blacks


I used a large floral design and birds in every other square.  A Bird in every square was to much for me....the results of every other square added so much beauty to this quilt.   For the Birds I used a
10x10 Layer Cake that complemented the floral pattern. 

I also used our "Square Acrylic Rulers"  to cut out the floral designs in various positions
The set has an  8 1/2 Ruler in it with a pin hole in the center to show where the center of your fussy cut will be.

Each square of this pattern is a finished 8"

Sew the Bird exactly as the instructions are written....the beaks will come out perfect
